Grim - but underarm pads for dresses?

I know it's minging, but I spend a fortune on dry leaning just to get the underarms fresh! Can you buy done sort of pad or protector? Any recommendations? Hmm

It's an old fashioned couture way to protect clothing. They are called dress shields - you used to pin them in and then wash the pad and not the dress.

Habadashery sections will often stock them.
