That's all. Big? Small? Narrow? Wide?

Thanks!

bit big - I'm a size 3 elsewhere but needed the size 2 for their ballet pumps. (Got them from the children's section, are very nice!)

Frontier · 21/07/2014 22:15

Oh dear, I was going to say they come up small Grin I've only every ordered two pairs but both had to go back because they were too short - size 41 when I usually have a 40 or 41.

Framboisier · 21/07/2014 22:16

Small and narrow IME...

MaryWestmacott · 21/07/2014 22:18

oh no! I guess they are one of those bloody annoying shops where their sizing varies from style to style! I know other people who've said they've had to size down for the ballet pumps at Boden, so it might just be they do pumps too big...

Blueuggboots · 21/07/2014 22:21

Very very narrow but my feet are like boats!

PastaBow · 21/07/2014 22:24

The children's are small IME. I'm a 4 and had to size up to a 5 in the kid's section for the first time since my feet stopped growing.

WanderingTrolley1 · 21/07/2014 22:24

Slightly shorter in length and narrow, I find.

museumum · 21/07/2014 22:34

Hmmm oh well, glad it used a free returns code then!

I'm a wide 8 and can't fit their lady's 42 (several styles tried over the years) but I have a pair of Johnny B sandals in a 42 that fit fine.

polyhymnia · 21/07/2014 22:40

I find them small too - always have to order a 42 from Boden but am normally a 42.

crumpet · 21/07/2014 22:51

Bloody uncomfortable. Had a pair of kitten heels and a pair of boots and can't wear them.

bewleysisters · 21/07/2014 23:42

Badly on my wide feet. Have yet to keep a pair despite the beautiful quality.

rhubarbcrumbleplease · 22/07/2014 07:29

The ballet pumps come up half a size too small on me

GretchenWiener · 22/07/2014 07:32

Slim slim slim

SnazzyHotFlush · 22/07/2014 07:51

Usually too short in the toe box so they are falling off your toes/exposing acres of toe cleavage and too narrow across the foot.

Sandals always seem to have straps that cut in and stiff soles. If they have a toe post it seems in the wrong position.

Apart from that they're great Grin

I have average feet and don't have a problem with width in any other brand.

VerucaInTheNutRoom · 22/07/2014 07:57

I find their shoes and boots very narrow but I do have wide feet. I wish they did a wide option!

Greengardenpixie · 22/07/2014 08:15

In my experience i would also say narrow..although it does depend upon the style. I have had boots and sandals. Both i have been able to wear but they have been narrower than other shoes. I just make my feet fit them and i use a good stretching spray..its fantastic!!

Darkchocsprinkles · 22/07/2014 09:05

Narrow. Cripplingly so.

And I don't have particularly wide feet Grin

LightastheBreeze · 22/07/2014 09:28

Fairly uncomfortable with bits that dig in after a while. Quite slippy soles, though I guess they might be leather.

polyhymnia · 22/07/2014 11:17

Sorry - should have said I'm normally a 41, but have to order a Boden 42. Agree with general consensus that there are problems with fit but, having said that, have bought a few pairs of flats from there that have been a great success, so worth a try, I guess.

museumum · 22/07/2014 11:38

This is really not sounding good Sad

I cannot wear ballet flats as they have to be too small to not fall off... because I have tiny feet (around a 3 or 3.5) ballet flats are trying to stay on my feet with only a cm or two of toe box...

Anyway, saw the t-bar flats in the catalogue and love love love love them... have tried ordering a 36... will see if they fit ok, if they're very narrow/small it might be worth trying a 37 but I generally don't wear a 4/37 in anything except running shoes and hiking boots.

If you have got a free delivery and returns, I would probably order a couple of pairs to try, everyones feet are different and you may find them really comfortable.

mrgarybarlow · 22/07/2014 18:34

Small and very narrow. I have narrow size 6 feet m&s ordered a 7 and they fit but slightly tighter than I'd like so I'm saying small and very narrow in the sandals!!

Chottie · 22/07/2014 19:53

Very narrow.

I did give feedback and really, really hoped they would introduce a wider fit too. But, I'm still waiting.....

Oly4 · 23/07/2014 16:12

Too small for me, their footwear is tight
