I'm a short, size 12, apple shaped brunette and that wouldn't sing to me. Orange doesn't work with my colouring so that would put me off whereas it could be great on you. The shape isn't something I'd normally pick either, but give it a try and return it if it doesn't work for you

I love the shape of the dress. If you can pull off the orange then great!! I couldnt as i have a pale olive complexion. I do like the dress but not in that colour.

I think with Boden it's often really difficult to tell whether a dress will look good in RL - you just have to try and see. Luckily they have a very good returns service.

Ooh, I was hovering over the "buy" button myself - the only thing holding me back was the lack of an occasion to wear it. It's a gorgeous colour, really unusual.

I think the waist feature would be good at suggesting a waist without being too fitted or clingy.

Yes, I think you can, so long as the colour suits your skin. I quite like it but can't do orange.

Thank you all. I do love the orange. Someone once told me that anyone can wear any colour so long as the tone of the colour is right for their skin.

I think I might have been straight up and down once but am now probably an apple !

I'm buying this a work dress.

It's arrived! I didn't realise that it's actually orange and pink. Very striking and wish it was for an occasion but will choose key work meetings/dos to wear it. It does give a waist to the 'waist-less'
