Ive bought mine from the ebay shop, at least 6 months ago. First time I plugged in it took 30mins for it to finally warm up and do the job...I remember thinking ok I dont get it, must try again...but didnt for another 3-4 months..tried again in June again it would make a funny noise like a team would try to get through but soemthing was blocked...given up as had no time and used my GHds. Last week tried twice again 30mins waiting and nothing, then i played with pod and wires and it did work just ok...and this morning didnt work :(

What am i doing wrong?? is the pod or water in it suppose to get hot, mine is always cold>?? I suppose it's too late to return to the shop BUT has anyone had it fixed by Loreal maybe??
TIA

Hiya...

It shouldn't take anything more than 30 secs to warm up. What temperature are you setting it to?

Are using distilled water?
I would get in touch with l'oreal as I'm sure it's covered for 1 year.

I got one from an online retailer and it stopped working on the second day. To be honest I was disappointed and returned for a refund. I'll stick with ghds.
It could be worth contacting loreal though. Smile
