Boots protect and perfect new advanced serum?

Anyone tried it? Is it better than the intense serum, or the same? I use the intense and have done for over a year. I was going to buy some but as i have run out and noticed its changed to this. Just wanted opinions. Is it just rebranding?

Was looking to buy the original one as knew it contained retinol(?)-palmitate, which is known to be anti aging. However, the new stuff contains peptides-palmitate. Different thing. Can't you get the retinol one any more?

I'm assuming it's just rebranding tbh...

This is very annoying and it's why I haven't bought it. (Well, that and I'm happy with Olay Regenerist). If the ingredients for a product have changed then I want to know what exactly has been done.
