I've been going to the same hairdresser for about 13 years.
Always been very happy.
I have a cut only about 3 or 4 times a year, but have my gray roots coloured every three weeks without fail. A colour costs nearly £50, but I have now been told (by the girl who was about to dry my hair) that due to price restructuring, a blow dry will cost an extra £10, and I need to book it when I make an apt, other wise my hair will just be rough dried.
TBH, I'm a bit annoyed by this. The blow dry after a colour was always by a junior person, who is learning, and can at times take ages, but hey everyone's go to learn. I'm wondering if the salon isn't taking any juniors on this year, and so no one needs to learn to blow dry.
Anyway, what ever the reason, I'm thinking of looking elsewhere, or is this normal now?
