Staying cool in the summer (with big boobs!)

I am best in strappy floaty dresses as they're cool, but I end up having to wear a vest top underneath them to stop my boobs being out and short leggings as they have a tendency to float up and away in the wingd, so I end up boiling when it should be cool!

What do you wear??

strappy dress with well fitting bra. if the outline of my bra showing by the armpit section offends anyone tough!

I just wear sensible knickers if theres a chance that my dress might blow up, but otherwise I just wear the dress without anything extra underneath.
