Zara online returns - are they hopeless?

Despite offering free returns, Zara don't put a return label in the box. You have to apply online and then wait for them to email you. I've been waiting 3 days now - have chased customer services. But are they just hopeless, and am I better off accepting that I will have to take a lunchhour to find a store and return in person? thanks

I've always found them to be very efficient with their returns and pretty quick to refund the money too. I normally get the email within 24 hours.

Same as Dan. I have always found them to be excellent online. Returning face to face... hmmm, not so much.

Op I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago I ended up having to find a store. It has put me off ordering online as anything I have ever order has not fitted as their sizing seems quite quirky and I have always had to return the stuff, a pain to be honest!

Noooo, they're fantastic. Yes, you have to wait for an email confirming the return, but then you just choose a time when you'll be in, print off a label, and sit back and wait for the collection. It's free and you don't even need to trek to the Post Office.

In store returns are fine too, but I'm a good 40 minutes from the nearest store.

I've got some kind of cookie issues and I can't get a returns button to show on my order.

You don't even need to print the label. I never do and the returns are always fine. The man collecting them always has his own sticker for the box.

Guess I've just been unlucky then! I had an email back from customer services saying I'd get another email within 24 hours to arrange pick up so fingers crossed. Thanks all
