What to wear under a navy lace top?

That's it really.

Bought the top a couple of months ago but haven't worn it yet as I'm not sure what to wear under it. It's too sheer for just a bra but I don't want to add bulk or multiple straps by wearing a bra and cami together.

I'm wondering black body (if I can find one long enough) as I don't think I'll find a navy one.

Any thoughts?

DD does cami and strapless bra or a cami with an integral bra with her lace jumper

I'd wear a nude bra and then a navy cotton cami/vest with fine straps

I have a sheer navy top and wear it with a navy cami underneath.

Either a cami with a strapless bra, or a vest top with a normal bra.

Play around with different colours - you could wear navy, white, nude, or maybe something contrasting like yellow.

Primark do vests with spaghetti straps in all colours including navy and nude (which might also be good).. Wear with a strapless bra

H&M do nice vest tops that cover an ordinary bra.

On a good day Primark bave silky acrylic vests in all manner of colours, which are really silky and great under lace/sheer things.

DD joked she'd never find a bright orange vest (for a particular sheer blouse with an orange patern) sbe did.

You will definitely find navy camis.

As a previous poster suggested, play around a bit with colours too.
A soft pink would be lovely with navy.

I'm liking the idea of strapless bra and cami combination.

When the top was online it was modelled with a nude cami/vest under but I wonder whether that would attract stares wondering if I was wearing anything at all!

I'd go for nude for a simple look (I don't think people would stare; they'd just think at a glance that you were wearing a navy top). Or lime green for a more lively look.
