Reaction to Lancome Teint Idole foundation, can I get a refund?

I have emailed their customer services. It has given me red blistery spots, oxidises to orange & slides off my face. I still have original receipt purchased 2 weeks ago. Will they refund?

Where did you buy it? If it was boots they will redund.

I am not sure how things work there but in UK they would definitely refund. I would bring it back and explain and see what they say.

The Lancome policy in UK allows for refunds for allergic reactions etc

It's a definite reaction as haven't changed any other products. I miss Boots so much we don't have a shop like that here. We have one similar to Super drug. I can get Clarins, Clinique, Lancome & Estée Lauder locally but it's a trip into the city for a big dept store line Debenhams. Though in Oct we are having the store open locally so that will be great to gehave a look at all the other brands.

In the UK they would refund. Good luck

I am also in UK.

I had a problem with a Lancome lip liner that was broken and wouldn't "wind up" and they just sent me a new one when I emailed them. They didn't want the receipt.

Update I got an email & was told to ring customer service. They were very helpful. Said it was an adverse reaction. I am sending the product back free post. They said I could replace with another product which they will send out so I've chosen Cils booster.
