Please help me accessorise this dress!

Here it is

I am a dumpy size 20 but it is quite forgiving (or it will be by the time I have poured myself into some industrial underwear). It is for a wedding. I am torn between nude heels and a black clutch, as I also have a black feathery/fascinatory/disc hat thingy (but too black for a wedding?), or abandoning the fascinator thingy and going for red heels and bag.

Any ideas/suggestions/links appreciated, budget fairly small :)

I think black would be too funereal definitely. Red might tip it towards tarty with the lace. I would go for something like turquoise perhaps?

I think it's georgeous and will look fab with nude heels, if you feel confident in then it wear it.

Grey rather than nude but I like them.

I love that dress its gorgeous. I'm afraid I'm not keen on those shoes though. I would go for killer heels! I like the idea of red and a cherry red lippy too. You'll look smokin' :) :)

I'm starting to think the dress is just not a summer wedding sort of dress. I agree black is best with it but it feels too severe. Hmmmm. I got it for a tenner on a sale rail and decided it would save me dress shopping, now I'm not so sure!
