First time Sarenza user.
Ordered shoes on Sunday. As I require them for going away this weekend I paid an extra £8.00 next day delivery service.
Was expecting them Tuesday or at least Weds. So put my work address as delivery. Now not in the office until next Thursday so useless for the purpose I wanted them for.
Now Thursday and the order status shows "being prepared"
Emailed yesterday as couldn't get through to their customer service. No response yet.
Phoned this morning. They were going to look into it and let me know asap. And still nothing.
Have I been unlucky or is it a duff company?
