Can anyone dress me for a wedding please?

We're going to a wedding on Saturday - I have no idea what to wear.

I don't even truly know what size I am - clothes range from 12-16 but probably comfier at the larger end
I'm hourglass shaped but with a tummy I'm not keen on and I don't really like my upper arms.
I'm blonde with fair ish skin and brown eyes (don't know about house of colours or whatever it is you lot in the know talk about!)
I've had two children in under 2 yrs so it's taken it's toll on me a bit!
I'm 23 so don't really want to look 'mumsy'
The wedding is my husbands friend from school so theres going to be people I havnt seen since we were teenagers and I was a size 8 pre kids
I havnt brought myself new clothes for years - no idea what I like or what's in or a good look etc.
Budget of £50 ish? Always like to spend less though

These cropped cardis come in lots of colours and would keep the hourglass silhouette of the clatter style dresses, anything fitted souls work I think.
