What would you wear with this dress?

I need something with sleeves to wear with this but which colour? Also need shoes and bag?? Any help appreciated.

The base colour is slightly more green than the pale yellow in the photo.

I'd go for a purple shrug type thing and silver strappy sandals for evening (bit like the ones Fearne cotton wore for her wedding) or flat tan gladiator type sandals for daytime. But that's just me..

Thank you fairylea purple will be nice. Fearnes shoes were lovely! It's an all day wedding with 5 kids in tow, so probably not practical
