This is not for 2 or 3 months so I have plenty of time.
However, I am wondering what to wear. (This is for a "Gaudy"). I turned 50 this year, and also turned blonde for reasons of practicalities of dyeing grey roots. I would like to look a bit glamorous but also as though I haven't tried too hard. Size 14-16, tallish, somewhere between an hourglass and a pear shape.
I used to love black (had slight goth tendencies) but I think blues or bluey greens prob suit me better. I also liked red when I was a brunette but I am not sure it really works as a blonde.
Also I would like to lose weight so something that can accommodate that would be good. I am wondering perhaps Vivienne Westwood in a sale somewhere? (I do like a bargain)
I would prefer knee length or below, although I quite like my legs below the knee. I need enough shoulder coverage to allow for bra straps (34G).
Any ideas?
