Does anyone know where the formal dress is from?
The one she wears during the first half, animal print on one side, black on the other, zip down the back?

Sorry I have googled and can't find it! But weren't her clothes nice?! I loved her trousers and heels at the part near the end where she was sitting on the sofa talking to that guy

Philoslothy · 03/07/2014 23:13

I was going to start exactly the same thread.

tethersend · 03/07/2014 23:15

It's Roland Mouret

MissFoodie · 03/07/2014 23:19

Philoslothy · 03/07/2014 23:22

They only have an 8 :(

Philoslothy · 03/07/2014 23:26

Outnet have a similar dress in a wider range of sizes.

tethersend · 03/07/2014 23:28

They've a 10 here. Assuming you can sell a kidney Grin

Philoslothy · 03/07/2014 23:29

Thanks, not sure where I would wear it. DH has just reminded me that I no longer need a working wardrobe!

I am hovering though.

stinkingbishop · 06/07/2014 11:54

I was going to start this thread too! It's gorgeous, isn't it! Ah well, eBay saved search it is then Wink.

Greengardenpixie · 06/07/2014 12:19

Not my style but it was gorgeous on her. She really suited it.

Would this scratch the itch a little?

Milmingebag · 07/07/2014 14:08

Good grief I was marvelling at how atrocious that dress was and how it didn't suit her colouring in the least. Very eighties and not in a good way.

OnlyLovers · 07/07/2014 15:54

Oh, I loved it, and her hair!

polyhymnia · 07/07/2014 16:54

Me too.

TheFirmament · 07/07/2014 18:33

I want her hair! I have been trawling the web for pics to take to the hairdresser.

Not so sure about the dress, it looked fab on her but would make me look bonkers.

Milmingebag · 07/07/2014 19:12

Her hair is great but more suited to a French bo-ho look rather than power dressing.

CarolineKnappShappey · 07/07/2014 19:14

I liked the formal one much more. It was truly lovely.

polyhymnia · 07/07/2014 19:33

Did you find out who her hairdresser is in your trawling, TheFirmament?

TheFirmament · 08/07/2014 08:23

No, but haven't looked - I doubt there's any way I could go to the same hairdresser! I'll be taking my Maggie printouts to the local corner blue rinse emporium and see what they can do! (To be fair I have short hair already and they are v good with it)

OnlyLovers · 08/07/2014 12:43

Let us know how it goes, Firmament!

I think her hair really goes with her power-dressed look. It's chic and low-maintenance.

TheFirmament · 11/07/2014 17:58

I have Nessa Stein hair! :)

It is v good and I'm impressed with what my local lady has done (and all for £15). I have realised Nessa needs quite a bit of wax to stop it sticking up and after a day out with the kids and repeatedly propping my sunglasses up on my head, it's a bit less sleek. Love it though!

Amusingly DP didn't notice when he got home yesterday (which is fairly typical - absent-minded boffin type) - until we actually sat down to watch THW and he suddenly went "OMG!!! Your hair!"" :o (He liked it but claimed he hadn't looked at me up until that point)

OnlyLovers · 11/07/2014 17:59

That's brilliant news! I want her hair even more now.

BOFster · 11/07/2014 18:05

I have hair envy!

All the clothes are gorgeous, aren't they? I loved the maternity wear on Rachel too. I mean, none of the stuff would suit my life, but it is nice to gawp at the fantasy.

TheFirmament · 11/07/2014 18:08

I have to admit I'm a bit jealous about the locked bombproof bedroom too. It's so space-age and imagine the peace and quiet :o

clangermum · 11/07/2014 18:19

That bed though - looks very hard

I love all the interiors
