What are the absolute best things I can do in terms of diet and exercise to LOOK GOOD! I am not overweight but I drink too much wine, and have bad skin, please set me some rules to follow! Please!

Drink less wine.
Drink lots of water.

Your skin will thank you for it!

Otherwise in ten days you're not going to make a huge impact with exercise or diet. You could ditch carbs or processed foods if you want to go all out, but I find that upping the water intake before a big event always makes me look much better.

Get some fresh air and exercise.
Facial or DIY face mask.

OK. Have been drinking water all morning but that just meant I kept having to go to the loo during my meeting...

Right: From tomorrow - lots of water. Less or no wine. Fresh air difficult as in very polluted hot city in Southern US. Facial is a GREAT idea! Thanks so much. Seriously considering ditching carbs Hermione. Thanks guys!

Moisturise, moisturise and moisturise some more (especially if you are in a polluted area). If you can wear less/no make up for a few days before your skin will look more dewy on the day.

Also eating well, even at this late stage can make a difference.

Foods I notice have an immediate impact on my face (fresher, glowing, clearer)
avocado
grapefruit juice
nuts
salmon
raspberries
melon
grapes

don't know why but they seem to have an immediate noticable effect (and taste nice)

So grateful for these suggestions - off to moisturize right now. Drinking more water....had raspberries for breakfast. No wine today, promise!
