Have to dress up for work and need an elegant summer dress. Must be below knee - have bad legs. And prefer sleeves. But not a straight up and down shift dress as have boobs so would look like a block. Prefer a waist and prefer not Jersey as too clingy and hot. This with a couple more inches on the hem would be perfect. And ideally something normally priced which this is not,
