Just beginning research on it as always mumsnet is my first port of call.

I've finished having babies and breastfeeding and really want some volume back into my breasts. I am a A and looking to go to a C teardrop...

Any experiences, recommendations of surgeons? I don't really know where to start.

Yes I have. I had a reduction but he does the opposite too and infact was doing implants on the girl before me. i had a perfect experience - no issues with healing, stitching like a bespoke tailor and he gave me an amazing shape. I had my op at the Fairfield hospital near St. Helens but he works elsewhere too. He's a plastic surgeon rather than a cosmetic one, which is an important distinction.
