Rather than resurrect one of the many zombie threads about rosacea...
Just to say that a combination of the Paula's Choice Skin Recovery system, and finacea gel on prescription from my GP has done something pretty transformative for my skin - instead of several throbbing bright red pustules somewhere really obvious and impossible to disguise with concealer on my face, I've got one very small, quite dry-looking spot which has more or less gone with the finacea gel dabbed on it. And my skin feels softer, less flushed and generally more like it used to in ye olde pre-rosacea days.
To be honest, I really didn't want the Paula's Choice stuff to work, as it was expensive and I ordered it from the US to get the full kit, but it does seem to have made an overall difference. If I had to narrow it down to one product, I'd take a guess at it being the 1% BHA exfoliator; the cleanser's nice but nothing amazing, the toner is... a toner, and the moisturiser is a good SPF30 one.
I know everyone's rosacea is different - mine's more painful spots and flushing - but this gel has made a difference for me where Rosex, etc, didn't. I had to ask for it, but there wasn't a problem getting a prescription. Might be worth a go?
