This.

It's a bit of a style departure for me but it keeps catching my eye...

I have a black and white photograph of my late grandmother wearing a skirt like that to a barn dance when she was young!

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 30/06/2014 17:48

Yes - I have seen it irl and absolutely love it. I would keep everything else v fitted and plain though - and wear heels.

squoosh · 30/06/2014 17:54

I love it. Agree, go plain with the top and it will look great.

Greengardenpixie · 30/06/2014 17:57

No, but its just not my style. I do like gingham though. ...its the style that doesnt do it for me.

JapaneseMargaret · 30/06/2014 19:09

Yep, absolutely, with a fitted top and heels. Very Forever Amber.

Lizzardface · 30/06/2014 22:50

Nice.

AuntySib · 30/06/2014 22:54

Yes, if I had a waist ( see post I have just made!)
Would look nice with heels or ballet flats, nice wide belt, plain coloured, fitted top.

BsshBosh · 01/07/2014 06:47

It's lovely. I'd wear it very simply with ballet flats & a plain fitted t-shirt tucked in.
