Natural shampoos that re also good for this hair?

I'm developing eczema in my scalp (had it on and off for years), I know it gets worse when I use root lift sprays and a commercial shampoo but if I use natural/organic shampoo and no spray is my thin hair going to look terrible? Are there any volume shampoos that are natural??

I use Faith in Nature - they have lots of different ones so you may be able to find a suitable one.

Thanks - sorry title should say thin hair!

I use the Naked range from Boots. They have a volumising shampoo. Or you could try Aveda.

The Naked one really thickened my fine hair as well. I think if you have thin hair the SLS in most shampoos makes it alot worse. It took a couple of months to kick in but the difference now is really noticeable and people have commented on it

The Naked range is really good.

Thanks all. Does the Naked range not include parables or SLS? I'm not clear from the ingredient list. I think both those ingredients are likely eczema causes.

Try Bodyshop Rainforest range. No nasties in it and not too expensive

Dr organic from holland and barratt?

MillionPramMiles · 29/06/2014 18:51

Thanks both, I just bought some Botanics shampoo which specifically says it has no sulphates or parabens and is volumsing, so will give that a go.

I know my GP will recommend Oilatum shampoo but it contains SLS so not keen.

I found the Naked range very gloopy and hard to rinse out. I love Green People shampoo: it costs a bit more but you use smaller amounts and it leaves hair feeling really clean.
