Anglomania style dress available in high street

I'm going to my best friends graduation on Tuesday and I need to get a dress to wear. If I had loads of cash I'd buy myself an anglomania dress but i don't so I am looking for something similar that I can get in the high street tomorrow. What I would like is something midi length, probably cowl neck with long sleeves that will look good with my docs(I don't do heels really, I own lots but I hate wearing them). I've seen a few things in frasers online, any other recommendations for shops I may not have thought of?

It's an artsy performance course so I can look a bit alternative.

Tartan would be good.

I wore a Mary Portas "no brainer" dress to a wedding recently and had someone ask if it was a VW. Dress. Having looked on line, it is similar to the Anglomania.
