Top & shoes advice needed for broderie anglaise skirt please

Just purchased this but need a top & flat shoes to go with. Am a short-arse though (5'2") so can't work anything too floaty with it.

Espadrilles wedges?

Where will you be wearing it? Day to day or dressy? Thank you - like the shoes too, particularly the first ones, and have remembered I do have some espadrilles (sort of pigskin colour suede) in the back of the cupboard too.

It's for everyday use, so either at home or casual Fridays in office.

Love the skirt.

I'd wear it with a plain t-shirt and either tan wedges for a 70s vibe, or leopard print ballet shoes.
