Need to tone my tummy- no time for the gym!

I really need to tone up my stomach. I had my DS 22 months ago and while I'm happy with the rest of me well pretty much I just don't have time babysitter for Pilates classes.
I think I just need exercises that I can do at home, anytime during the day when I have the time..
Can anybody help?

Fitnessblender.com have lots of free workouts on-line and you can search for the ones that target abs.

I try and do the plank several times a day for 30 seconds. That does the trick!

PeachTrees · 24/06/2014 20:45

I have a 8kg medicine ball, I hook my feet under the sofa, lean back and pass the ball side to side without touching the floor. you can feel it working.

Alwaysrushingaround · 24/06/2014 21:20

Romcom- what is the plank?
Peachtrees- where can I get an 8kg medicine ball? Of do they come in different weights?
Sorry if this sounds clueless, but that's exactly how I am at the minute!

30 day ab challenge. I'm on day 16 and I can already see a six pack forming at the top of my stomach and it's a lot flatter.

Alwaysrushingaround · 24/06/2014 22:03

These look great!
Thank you all!

Another vote for Naice's DVD - I could feel a difference after a week or so. It's pretty tough in parts but she gives you a simpler version for most exercises so its all manageable. Try to do at least 1-2 workouts 3-4 times a week to see a difference.

cremedecacao · 25/06/2014 21:26

Tracy Anderson standing ab exercises are brilliant when you get the hang of it! Effective but not as painful as other ab work!

46direct · 26/06/2014 10:19

I looked at the 30 day ab challenge and plan to try it.
Can't even do one sit up though!
