Wedding guest dress. I know it's been done to death

I'm sorry ladies, this topic has been covered. I've looked through other threads, but need a little more help please.

I am 5' 7", size 20 I have massive calves and dry, discoloured knees. I need to wear a dress to a very formal wedding. Trouser suit would be unacceptable, as would anything very brightly coloured. Block colour would be fine but no bright patterns. Must have straps as I will have toddlers with me and don't want to "make a scene" .

Ant help would be gratefully received.

Should be doable! What sort of budget? DO you have shoes you'd like to be able to use?

Budget for dress is £80ish could stretch to £100. I have no 'going out shoes'. No accessories. I am a jeans top and plimsolls kind of girl .

Some of these are lovely. Some a little too old though. I have realised I didn't put my age in my op. I'm 30. Also really don't want my calves on show they are massive. I will continue to trawl the 'net. Thank you again
