Wedding wear - this, that or neither?

I'm off to my cousin's wedding in August. I'm not great with wedding clothes; my only wedding experience as an adult has been a bridesmaid at a wedding last year so the bride chose the dress, and before that I was young enough for my mum to dress me Grin

I don't have a massive budget as I'm a full-time student and I have a 10 week old baby (which should give you an idea of the mummy tummy I've got, I'm working on it but it probably won't be gone by the wedding due to ab muscle problems), even the Debenhams one is making my bank account sob a little. I'm stuck between these -

Dress 1
Dress 2
Dress 3

If the answer is 'none of them', any similar ideas (on a tight budget Grin ) that I could wear? I'm somewhere in between hourglass and pear so fair-sized bust and wide hips, fairly narrow waist. Don't want anything too clingy due to mummy tummy. Any colour is fine other than white (obviously) and baby pink (bridesmaids).

Thanks in advance Blush

They're all gorgeous but I'd go for dress number 3. I'd match it with silver accsesories and silver nail polish . X

Not 1. Think it's a bit washed out looking. Both of the others are lovely.

The ones you've linked to are pretty, any of them would be fine for a wedding. I'd be a bit wary of quality on amazon though.

Have you looked in the sales? There are loads of bargains at the moment eg or this or this?

Id go for no 1, it's pretty, summery and it's flexible so you would be able to wear it again to another do / party / BBQ / races type event.
I just got a dress from Dorothy Perkins but I'm not clever enough to do that linking thing

No. 2 is lovely - simple and elegant. The other 2 are too fussy (for me....)

whereisshe thank you so much for those links! the dresses are beautiful and I've found a few more on there I love.

is red acceptable or a no-no at a wedding? I know white, black and bridesmaid colors are generally off-limits.

Hi OP - I think the only one you should consider wearing, and that you SHOULD wear, is dress number 2!!

number 1 - This is a beautiful dress. BUT I fully believe that it won't suit you. The neckline is just too high for someone with massive boobs. I have absolutely no chest worth having, and this is the neckline that looks best on me - for someone with boobs it's going to look matronly. Plus the waist looks a little loose, so you won't be showing off your shape.

If you want something which skims your hips, then you would need to go for something with a much lower neck, a more structured flare in the skirt, and a more fitted waist. Something like this:

Or this

dress number 2 - I think woyuld look lovely on you and would be perfect for a wedding.

dress number 3 I genuinely hate it, sorry! It would be great for a wedding. In the 1980's.

On colours you can wear red to a wedding, but you should avoid wearing block bright red colours, which are said to distract from the bride.
