why wont my compute let me access topshop miss selfridge or dorothy perkins???

all i get is a blank screen

you need a Flash plugin. If you can normally get them and it's playing up today, try restarting IE (or whatever browser you use) and trying again.

If you can normally see those sites but just not today and are on a Mac, go to the icon for your internet browser in the Dock at the bottom of the screen, click and hold, and choose 'Quit'. Then pretend you've just sat down at the computer and start the browser again.

If you can normally see those sites but just not today and are on a PC, close all the internetty windows. Then pretend you've just sat down at the computer and start the browser again.

If you've never been able to see those sites, go here and download Flash. You might need 'administrator access' to do this, so if DH (or similar) does all the complex stuff with the PC you might need to ask him to do it as it'll want his password.
