I need new work shoes, I have narrow feet and need a strap to hold them in, on my feet all day so mid heels are better.

Any colour- something a bit cool would be good!

T bar heels are the ones I would buy right now, but make sure they have relatively narrow straps and the shoe is sleekly shaped to avoid that ballroom dancer look.
