Started a thread, but got the name wrong. Does anyone have this dress please? Do you love it? At 5ft 3 would I get away with it? What is the sizing like? Any help appreciated.

I bought it in cobalt but sent it back as it made my bum look huge (I'm a normal size 10!) have reordered in black in the hope it's more flattering!
