Lisa Shepherd in Kidderminster have always had a really good rep for colours, not sure about cuts but they have a good name generally I think.

No, I've never been either but several friends have been/go regularly to the Wombourne one and are happy there. Is there anyone at work or friends locally who have lovely hair - can you see where they go?
