Help!! Despite what DH may think I really have very little honestly! (Some don't fit admittedly Sad.

So, what can you suggest for a really minuscule capsule wardrobe on a tight budget?

What I do have are 2 pairs of linen trousers- one white, one navy that are reasonable. But no tops really - not even a plain white tshirt!! I'd rather have something a bit more interesting than a tshirt tbh.

Have a coral and white Monsoon skirt which is ancient but looks ok - but again no top to go with.

Maybe a couple of throw on dresses would be good.

If you've seen any nice pieces about please post!! Thanks.

Are you thinking casual or workwear?

H&M have a great range of shorts in at the moment. Very flattering in light fabrics....

Primark has some nice skater dresses only for a fiver

Thanks - forgot to say, more smart casual, but def not workwear! Don't really do shorts in public and skater dresses look awful on me - tummy!!

If money is an issue for you. There is a website called everything £5.
They have tops, dresses jackets ect. Well worth looking at. How about charity shops. You get some lovely things and there's no shame in supporting charities. x

I second charity shops, and you dont have to visit the ones in the nicest areas as everyone thinks. I visit the roughest area round here sometimes, my bargains this week have been a phase eight spotty dress, had the tags on for £125. Bought it for £2.50!!

Another one was a blue maxi dress, i loved the style as id never seen anything similar turns out it was only from Boohoo and it was £1.50.
Its my go to summer dress, in fact im wearing it now. Smile

Most of my wardrobe comes from Charity shops, I cant afford to go shopping for brand new, So this way I get designer quality which will last a lot longer than spending a fortune in new look for it all to go to a charity shop next year as its fallen apart or shrunk!

George at Asda has some summer dresses for £10 and under. I've also got a few bargains from eBay for less than £10 including postage.
