What size to order for Next Onesie?

Does anyone have a Next Onesie? I don't know what size to order. I am a size 10 so don't know know whether to order a Small or Medium. Do they come up small?
It's not free for me to return as I'm not in the UK so I need to order the correct size.

Small definitely. They are huge.

Although it's a height thing too. I'm a short arse.

I'm 5ft and the same size. I have two and both are mediums as I prefer them to be a bit bigger. One is petite and the other is regular but fits fine.

They must have sorted their sizing out as a year ago we ordered one for a work colleague in medium and it was huge.
