Has anybody got a SteamPod? Are they better than GHDS?

I bought the new ghd eclipse last week but since then my hairdresser has told me that I should get a SteamPod as they are better than ghds and cause less damage. I am thinking of changing them.

I straighten my hair everyday. Has anyone used a steampod? Are they better than ghds?

Also do you use the steampod products with them? Do they make a difference?

Hope that helps. They sound pretty amazing, however I don't really need something like that. I do have Cloud 9s and really rate them, they're great on my fine, kinda crappy hair but I don't use them so much any more sadly.

I used my friends ghd eclipse this morning to try them, I don't want to open mine incase I take them back and swap for the steampod. I must admit they are good.
I am so undecided!

It sounds brilliant doesn't it. They are the same price as ghds but much better for your hair it seems.

I've been thinking about getting one for months.

I'm a GHD addict (i even have 2 pairs "just in case")I really need to know if you do get a better effect from them opposed to them just being better for your hair.
