I don't paint my little toe nail

It's tiny, I'd only make it look worse Confused.

Does anyone else not do this? Would you notice if you saw me with sandals on?

I don't either. No one has ever mentioned it to me so I am guessing it's not been noticed

Blithereens · 08/06/2014 16:29

Me neither. My little toenails usually fall off before they get more than a couple of mm Shock

PrimalLass · 08/06/2014 16:34

I don't really have pinky-toe nails.

WitchWay · 08/06/2014 17:01

Mine are tiny but I still paint them Grin

WastingMyYoungYears · 08/06/2014 17:25

But how Witch Grin? They're so little.

I thought I was the only one with a tiny runt toenail. I do paint it, but actually I am painting the skin above for the sake of appearances!

craftysewer · 08/06/2014 19:19

I paint the skin so it looks like I have a toe nail. Blush

HolgerDanske · 08/06/2014 21:25

I have tiny little toe nails and I paint them by dabbing on just enough varnish to cover and maybe add a little bit on the skin above the nail so it looks just a little bigger. You can't tell it's not all nail once it's done.

TroyMcClure · 08/06/2014 21:26

no

thats WEIRD

BrianTheMole · 08/06/2014 21:28

I don't either.

FinDeSemaine · 08/06/2014 21:31

I do what Holger does. I'd feel weird otherwise.

onedev · 08/06/2014 21:44

I honestly thought I was the only one with that kind of toenail & I also paint the skin to make it look like a nail Blush

FinDeSemaine · 08/06/2014 22:01

Small toe-nailed sisters, unite!

PaulinesPen · 08/06/2014 22:12

'I paint the skin so it looks like I have a toe nail' I have to do that too. Once I sprained my ankle (thought I'd broken it) and a doctor at A&E was examining my ankle/foot and noticed my pretend painted on nail and was laughing at itBlush

JackShit · 08/06/2014 22:51

ROFL Grin I thought I was alone in this!

botanicbaby · 09/06/2014 00:36

me too!! glad I'm not alone Grin

BillStickersIsInnocent · 09/06/2014 06:59

This reminds me of a pedicure I had years ago. I'd obviously arrived mid spat between the owner and employee about who was going to do the first appointment (me). Employee was then in a foul mood and said nastily "what am I supposed to do with that!" when she reached my tiddly little toe nail. Made me feel like a freak.

I feel much less freaky now reading this Grin

Fideliney · 09/06/2014 07:02

Grin Grin Grin @ crafty

BelleateSebastian · 09/06/2014 07:11

Yep I have the freaky miniature toe nail, I don't bother painting it.

StillaChocoholic · 09/06/2014 07:13

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Glad to know I'm not the only one with naff toe nails though.

WitchWay · 09/06/2014 07:38

wasting I hold the brush vertically, dab in the vicinity of the nail using just a little polish, & remove the excess with a cotton-bud dipped in remover. Reading glasses & good natural light helps I'm getting old
