Boots No & Microdermabrasion exfoliator instructions?

Can anyone help? I bought a tube of this at the Boots staff shop, but it has no instructions. I've just Googled it and it appears that you need to be really careful how you apply it and for how long. Can anyone give me an idiots guide?

Obviously that should read No 7!

Is it for face or body? You can take it back to exchange if the instruction leaflet is missing (only for face, I don't think the body one has a leaflet)

It's the face one. I get access to the Boots staff shop in Nottingham so buy things discounted, but it means there is sometimes no packaging.

I just slap it on rub it in and rinse off.

Warnings are:
Don't use more than twice a week
Don't use too close to the eyearea
Put a high factor sunscreen on the day or so after

General instructions are:
Apply to damp skin
Exfoliate using an upwards movement
Rub for about a minute??

oh I love the staff shop! use once a week (unless you ate really oily) spend aprox 20 secs on each area. Start at the forehead (sweep out from middle) downward motion down nose. Small circles over cheeks and chin, avoid nostrils, lips and under eyes.
You must use a night moisturiser that night!

I use it about twice a week. Slap on, rub around a bit, rinse off. It's just a face scrub, not that special.
