Keeping my dyed red hair - red!

Got the big hat, colour retaining shampoo [the John Freida one] - anyone else got any tips?

Wash only every other day if you can.

Use this as a conditioning rinse once a week (or mix with conditioner each wash). I swear by it!

wash as little as possible. Washing as little as I can keeps my hair red and stops the dye running out. I wash about twice a week but that said, I don't get especially greasy hair, I can go a week before it looks truly terrible

Use sulphate-free shampoo. I like the Naked range (sold in Boots)
