Stretch marks, and saggy skin savers

What's your top products/remedies for stretch marks, stretched and saggy skin? To reduce them and to get firmer skin

Clarins body firming gel. I don't know if it really worked wonders but part of it is a particular way of massaging it in so I'm pretty sure there was improvement.

Am tempted to splurge on something for my bust several years after the baby+bf stage so am interested in other replies!

I've had stretch marks since puberty and I really don't pay any attention to them - can't imagine hating them enough to remove them.

And im pretty sure creams don't work on saggy skin. Lots of water, good fats and exercise seem to work best.
