Peeling skin after sunburn - how long will it last? Anything I can do?

Got severely sunburned on both legs 10 days ago (on holiday!). Swelling and pain have stopped, skin is still pretty red. The peeling started about 3 days ago and the itching is driving me mad. I'm trying my best to avoid scratching. I'm trying to keep the skin well moisturised and drinking loads of water

Anything else I can do? And when will the itching end????

Thanks!

Sudacrem will sort it.

Sudacrem & also aloe vera is cool & soothing. Try wrapping a few very cold wet flannels on your legs to keep them cool.

Surely Sudocrem would be too thick and greasy? I'd go for something lighter myself and less likely to drag the skin

If the itching is really bad take an antihistamine
