Skincare regime for very sensitive skin and eczema

Hi, I have very sensitive skin and am prone to eczema. I struggle with skin.care. I always used to use Simple face wipes to remove my make up but I don't feel it's enough. I've got a sample of Liz Earle.cleanse and polish which is lovely but I feel the muslin cloths are a faff and don't remove all my eye make up and sometimes make my skin a little rough even though my skin does feel good afterwards. I do want a simple routine and nothing too time consuming. Does anyone here have sensitive skin and what do you use?

I have similar skin. I use Liz Earle but don't bother with the cloths!

Thanks for your reply. What do you use with the cleanse and polish and do you find it removes your eye make up? I wear black eyeliner and the cleanser doesn't remove it. They say its the cloths that make the difference but I find them a bind to keep washing and they do make my skin feel.scratchy.

My skin hates cleanse and polish, but I use other balms and they're ok
Clinique take the day off balm is nice, totally unscented, and when you massage it in, add a little water and it emulsifies
I prefer flannels to muslins, they seem less scratchy
