I would take the hem up at least two inches to make it a little bit younger (and you look like you have good legs? )

Then I would get a statement piece of jewelry from Monsoon - light or dark and match the highest heels ( peep toe) I could manage. The dress also needs a fab statement bag.
Will have a quick look for things now.

Its very like Joan from mad men. You've got a bit of a 60s bombshell thing going on :-). I'd go with a high pointed satin court shoe in a colour. The red nails look good with it. Maybe try on a red shoe.
