Woolovers: Ordered online yesterday. Now have to wait 2 weeks

for the product to come in. It was on low stock yesterday when I ordered it but I got the order confirmation.

Has this ever happened to anyone else before? Are they usually good at resuming orders for a product that went out of stock 2 weeks ago? I am in no rush to get it and I suppose that no money will come out of my credit card until the goods have been despatched. Still, I am a little disappointed.

I've had this from Woolovers a couple of times. The stuff has always turned up a couple of weeks later so I've never had a problem. You can always phone them for an update, they're usually helpful on the phone.

Thanks for responses. I've ordered before and they've been efficient. It turns out however, that I needn't have worried. They've sent an email today to confirm despatch. I must have got the last one before they ran out of stock!
