Hi

Have got a wedding this weekend. Have been very disorganised and won't have time to fake tan, so need some tights to hide the state of my corn beef veiny legs!

Any suggestions? Can you get ones with a bit of colour that look quite natural?

Thanks!!

Watching with interest as I'll need something to cover my bruise ridden legs! Confused

I think the M&S autograph tights are good. They have different shades so you can find the best for your leg colour.

Stokey · 28/05/2014 10:02

M&S 5/7 dernier are pretty good - I got some with some weird padding on your feet which i didn't really need as was wearing kitten heels but could be good if you have stilettos

I've discovered flesh coloured fishnet tights thanks to the S&B board, which do a great job. I got mine in Debenhams along with a pair of normal 7 denier tights. The others ones ripped as soon as I put them on but the fishnets are still going strong.

Ulysses · 28/05/2014 10:08

When I say flesh coloured, they are 'natural', so a few shades of tan darker than my normal bottle white tone!

Suddengeekgirl · 28/05/2014 10:11

I'm on a self imposed boycott of M&S as they are lousy IMO.

Fishnets won't work for me as I am more than likely to have several bruises in various shades of purple/ green/ grey. Blush

Ulysses · 28/05/2014 10:25

They are the small gauge(?) fishnets Geekgirl and IMO give a better coverage than the finer deniers, which still show through.

Suddengeekgirl · 28/05/2014 12:09

Hmm, might need to go look.

We have a wedding too so dd's sparkly shoes will probably click my tights with 5 mins. Might need a few spares! Hmm

Asda 4 denier cooling tights, £4 for 2 pairs, they are amazing. I'm very pale, and they just hide any imperfections, without making it look like I'm actually wearing tights.

NinetyNinePercentTroll · 28/05/2014 13:12

Another fan of natural/skin coloured fishnets here too. I like the Falke ones.

I also go for the fishnets -added bonus if it gets warm you don't feel sticky. They are definitely worth a try.

iliketea · 28/05/2014 15:00

I second (third? Fourth?) natural colour micronet fishnet tights. Not as warm as normal tights, but look nice on. I wear mine with peep toe shoes, doesn't look as weird as toe less or normal tights IMO.

I got some in boots the other day.

bigbutsrus1 · 28/05/2014 15:04

I got some nice nude tights from next . They don't make my legs look grannish ! Think they were in a two pack. Legs look nice and tanned with slight shimmer. My friends thought I had bare legsSmile

Currently wearing some from primark for £2, they are luxury oil look or something? Not too bad! Nice colour

kikidee · 28/05/2014 17:52

Where are you all buying your nude micronets please? I tried the m&s ones but thought the colour was a bit off. Any other suggestions most welcome!
