What shoes to wear with midi skirts?

I've recently bought a few printed midi skirts, this one and a few others like it and am now on the hunt for some nice sandals to wear with it.

I think I'll need a heel as I'm a short arse. I love the style of these but they're a bit too high and dressy and sold out.

Can you wear flats with a midi?

Like those sandals but yes you can wear flats with them. How tall are you though? Could make you look shorter..

How about a wedge sandal for the daytime? Something like this would be good because it doesn't feel like a high heel but gives a lot of actual height.

I'm only 5ft2 so I do need a bit of height.

I'm not a huge fan of wedges, some tend to look a bit clumpy on me. but if I found the right ones I could be persuaded.

Ideally I'd want a pair of not-too-high block heels. Maybe these? Would they work?

the sandals you linked to are nice but beware that the wide strap (even a thinner strap) will cut your leg off at that part making you look even shorter.

Love the snake print ones. May need to find a reason to buy those.

I wear these with my midi skirts. I'm 5'3 so also a short arse but these seem to balance it out .

Unfortunately, I look about 15 (25 in real life) so anything too cutesy makes me look even younger.
