Please has anybody any experience of returning an item. I purchased a ring just over a week ago and already the rose gold coloured coating is peeling off the back of the ring. It wasn't cheap at £120 but on the website there is no mention of returning fault goods only returns and exchanges for new unused items. I'm not sure what to do but I think at the price I payed the quality is rubbish.

Email or phone them, am sure they'll refund

I just sent a bracelet back & they have been excellent replacing it, bought from last August. Email them, thats what I did and they responded within a day..

i returrned aa rose gold necklacce and pendant when it wasnt rose gold enough, they snet me a new one before my return to them had been sent back, they have really excellent customer service, and the replacemnet item is still fabulous 2 years later ....
