Clinique Naturally Glossy mascara giving me panda eyes

It comes off onto the skin under my eyes, and accumulates in my fine lines , accentuating them.

Does anyone have any alternative suggestions?

I am now wearing (as an experiment) the one from Boots Natural Collection ( Waterguard) . It cost me £1.50 shockand it is excellent- can't believe how much I have spent on mascara in the past
