Guys I love high heels but like most people after a few hours my feet kill me! Would investing in an Expensive pair e.g Jimmy Choo/ Louboutin would this make a difference?
Or can anyone suggest another comfier high heel brand ?

I have heard L.K .Bennett are most comfortable.
My friend, a real shoe lover swears by them Smile

TessTackle · 22/05/2014 16:22

I've heard Loubs are the most uncomfortable which is ridiculous considering the price tag!

Tiggywinklespinny · 22/05/2014 16:42

I have louboutins and some are comfy some not..jimmy choo are very comfy as are Prada. Bicester Village has outlets of Choo and Prada, you can get a great pair for less than 50%

If your feet are even slightly on the wider side, then forget Louboutins. I'm a size 3 and thought Louboutins would be perfect for me. DH bought me some last year for Valentines day... I was like one of Cinderella's ugly sisters trying to squeeze my feet into them.

I've got some Prada stiletto ankle boots and they are supremely comfortable.
I have never tried Louboutins or Jimmy Choos but I have a pair of Manolos and I can say they are, without a doubt, the most beautiful implements of torture known to mankind. They are things of beauty but in no way even close to the shape of a human foot.

Interesting! I have skinny feet ! I will try on some Jimmy Choos / Prada and LK's

Loubs are horrifically uncomfortable - mine have never made it out of the house!

I find LKB heels incredibly comfy (have v normal width feet, but big), but my sis (narrow feet, high arches) thinks they are torture instruments. I suspect it's down to finding the brand that matches your feet, iykwim.

FoxyHarlow123 · 22/05/2014 19:43

I can spend all day on my feet in my LKBs.

Ivedunnit · 23/05/2014 14:14

Ok so off to LKB's outlet this weekend ! Thanks girls

Choo's don't last and I don't mean hiking in them ,even after a few nights out they are tatty. It's like the bottom is made of paper.
They really are car to bar shoes.

They didn't use to be like this the quality is poor now.

SweetPea3 · 23/05/2014 16:47

Another vote for Jimmy Choo! I have a foot problem and they seem to be the only high heels I can wear.

@VintageBeads : they have leather soles so you need to get rubber soles put on them after a little while... like most expensive items (watches, cars etc), maintenance is v expensive!

RayofSun · 23/05/2014 23:31

Try Chie Mihara. They are so comfy. A little quirky so not everyone's style but beautifully crafted.
