Another sun cream thread - what would you choose for the face?

Off to South of France next week and want a SPF 30 for my face - light feeling, non greasy, no white smears.

Have narrowed it down to 3 - which would you choose / recommend from :

Ultrasun

Clarins

Bioderma??
( price is roughly the same for all 3).

The Clarins always shows up really white on me (and I'm super pale so that's quite an achievement!) and also makes my make up ball up. I have the same problem with the LRP one, though that's not on your list anyway.

Thanks

Sunsense Daily Face. Lovely stuff with no nasties and is SPF 50

DoloresGove · 21/05/2014 19:32

Agree with Finbar.

AntoinetteCosway · 21/05/2014 19:35

Finbar is that the 'invisible tint' one? Is it suitable for someone a bit ghost-like in complexion?

(Sorry to hijack OP)

The new Soap n Glory one is the best I've ever used.

Kundry · 21/05/2014 20:33

I am very ghost like in complexion and the Sunsense Invisible Tint disappears on. It's designed for people who aren't tanning at all rather than some of the tinted SPF ones which seem to expect you to be tanned.

polyhymnia · 21/05/2014 20:50

Ah well I do use 50 when it's really sunny but for now actually want 30, not 50 and would be happy to have a very slight and gentle touch of colour/ tan.

Thanks Kundry

I like the Clarins one but not used the other two. It's not greasy, absorbs quickly and I don't feel sweaty/clammy with it. Works both for my pale olive skin and husband's White British skin.
