Getting desperate now - Chelsea FS thursday and no outfit planned!

I posted last week to say I'm going to flower show this week and asked for advice on what to wear. Got some great advice, many of which suggested chinos, nice top & jacket. I have some chinos but they aren't particularly flattering and the only jackets I own are dark colours, not exactly summery! I am very short on nice clothes since having dc2 as my old things don't fit. I haven't had a chance to get to the shops so I'm frantically going through the next website as that's the only place I can guarantee will be delivered tomorrow! They don't seem to have any smart summer jackets though so don't what to wear on top.
Please can anyone a suitable outfit from Next as I am just hopeless at putting things together, it just doesn't come at all easily to me.
I am going as a guest in hospitality area and dress code is smart casual. I just don't want to look out of place and I don't want to boil in a black suit jacket!
Thanks very much for any help.

Hi, I would say that apart from today, the dress code is what you wear to an outdoor lunch with friends. The only rule is to avoid dark colours. Pics taken today might help, eg Mrs Rob Brydon:

I think Kim Sears, Kirstie Allsopp and Gaby Roslin all look great. Any of those looks would be fine under a light mac if it rains!

Thank you for the pictures, that really helps give me an idea. I do have a nice flowery dress from H&M but just wasn't sure I'd feel comfortable in it, plus my legs are so pasty white and I'm a bit nervous about experimenting with fake tan!

Legs, also from DM :

Or you can cheat with Marks & Spencer's brilliant Dare To Bare range of bronzing sheer tights, which are as light as gossamer and come in shades to suit all skin tones and a variety of finishes, from matte to shine. The open-toe ones are especially great to wear with sandals.

Yes I do need an outfit as I'm going in the hospitality bit with some finance bods for lunch etc. Don't fancy turning up in my jeans & trainers!

I'm following instructions and browsing the Next website for you!

The shape/colour/pattern which looks best for CFS late in the week is the oacamac, but that really won't do!

this jacket might work?
