tops that go with maxi skirts ..... but hate my arms

Am searching for plain tops to go with patterned (usually navy or blue) maxi skirts. Size 18 on top with matching tummy. The looks I see are usually camis or tank t shirts but I hate my bingo wings. Can just about dare to bear them on holiday but very self conscious about them usually. Have tried v neck tees etc but they just make me look square on top ifywim.

Any suggestions gratefully received!

Have you tried a cami with a fitted denim shirt worn open over it?

How about a cami or vest with a nice fitted cardi, one with cropped sleeves maybe?

I wore mine (navy and white) today with a navy cami and a pale pink fitted shirt as Remus suggest above. Also have a navy shrug from Monsoon which looks nice with a white cami. I am a size 18 too.

I like the idea of a denim fitted shirt - have just seen something similar on Pinterest and had never thought of it

I was also thinking of something like this top (grey wrap style) on Pinterest - any idea where I should start looking?
